A 5 week online mindfulness meditation course to embed a consistent meditation practice into your life and help you start to reap the benefits.

 

A unique formula:

Five Poses - Five Breaths - Five Minutes

 

Each Inspire meditation includes five yoga poses which we hold for five slow deep breaths each, followed by a five minute guided meditation. The whole daily practice will take a maximum of 15 minutes.

The aim of this course is to give you the tools to develop your own daily meditation practice, with the idea that the more consistently and regularly you practice - even if its only for a few minutes at a time - the more those mindful moments and attitudes will spill over into the rest of your life.

What's included?

Weekly live class on Zoom Monday evenings 7.30pm

 

Three Inspire meditation practice videos sent to you each week for you to do at home in your own time.

 

Optional Facebook group to share progress, ideas and inspiration with the opportunity to email me separately with any questions or thoughts.

 

The cost for the 5 week course is £120. The next course starts on Monday 3rd November 2025.
