A 5 week online mindfulness meditation course to embed a consistent meditation practice into your life and help you start to reap the benefits.

 

A unique formula:

Five Poses - Five Breaths - Five Minutes

 

Each Inspire meditation includes five yoga poses which we hold for five slow deep breaths each, followed by a five minute guided meditation. The whole daily practice will take a maximum of 15 minutes.

The aim of this course is to give you the tools to develop your own daily meditation practice, with the idea that the more consistently and regularly you practice - even if its only for a few minutes at a time - the more those mindful moments and attitudes will spill over into the rest of your life.

What's included?

Weekly live class on Zoom Sunday evenings 6.30 - 7pm

 

Three Inspire meditation practice videos for you to do at home in your own time sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the duration of the course.

 

Optional group chat to share progress, ideas and inspiration with the opportunity to email me separately with any questions or thoughts.

 

First live session is on Sunday 1st June 2025, the course finishes with a closing class on Sunday 6th July. The cost for the 5 week course is £120.

Why meditate with me?

The Inspire format is born out of my longstanding personal morning routine mindfulness practices, which I am happy to share with you during this course. I've also completed an 8 week meditation course based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction technique and I'm a regular teacher of mindful movement through yoga.
