Service Description
Join me for a six week course of Saturday morning Yoga practice set in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of St Saviour's church in St Albans. Starting on 8th June 2024 from 11am -12 noon. This course is open to those of any faith or none and requires only an open mind and enough flexibility to get up and down from the floor! Please bring your own yoga mat. No previous experience is necessary. There is no fixed charge but donations are welcome. Suggested donation £10 per class or £50 for the course of six weeks. 100% of proceeds will go to St Saviour's church fund.
