Summer Day Pilates & Yoga Retreat

Come and escape for the day and enjoy this daytime retreat just for you! Enjoy a Pilates workshop with Sasha aka The Movement Teacher, a Yoga workshop with me, a pampering spa session using Temple Spa products with Karen Francis and a yummy nutritious lunch catered by FOOD by Elena. PLUS New for this year...an added optional experience of an ice bath and sauna! The day is limited to just 6 people so you get a very personalised and bespoke day. This midweek 'reset' is just what we all need coming out of the the busy Summer! Leave your worries at the door and come enjoy peace, tranquillity, fabulous company and time and space just for you.​

Day schedule (approx timings):

9.30am: Arrive and welcome

10.00am - Pilates

11.00am- Break: Refreshments PLUS optional Ice Bath and Sauna experience!

12pm - Temple Spa Session

1.00pm - Lunch (optional walk in the park)

2.15pm - Yoga

3.15pm - Enjoy a cuppa and cake, chat and relax

4.00pm: END

Really enjoyed the day - small classes mean it can be really tailored to individual needs. It was a really welcoming warm and relaxed environment. Loved the facial with Karen. Skin felt amazing for the rest of the day. And of course the ample food was delicious. Thank you Sasha, Ali and Karen x
A wonderful day thank you. Lovely teachers and small friendly group sizes made for great group activities. The extras like the delicious snacks and goody bag exceeded my expectations which is always nice! I came away feeling inspired to prioritise time for my body, mind and skin in future!
