Service Description

This course will help you to embed a consistent meditation practice into your life and help you start to reap the benefits. A unique formula: Five Poses - Five Breaths - Five Minutes Each Inspire meditation includes five yoga poses which we hold for five slow deep breaths each, followed by a five minute guided meditation. The whole daily practice will take a maximum of 15 minutes. The aim of this course is to give you the tools to develop your own daily meditation practice, with the idea that the more consistently and regularly you practice - even if its only for a few minutes at a time - the more those mindful moments and attitudes will spill over into the rest of your life. The course includes a weekly half hour live class with me which will be recorded in case you need to miss one, three new Inspire guided meditation videos sent to you each week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and an optional group chat to share progress, ideas and inspiration with the opportunity to email me separately with any questions or thoughts.
